Delivered in 2024–2025, Okicam led a strategic project designed to minimize capital risk while accelerating market entry into premium aircraft paint services. We developed a phased upgrade plan for an existing hangar, using low-cost, scalable technology to transition from a basic air filtration system to a high-performance, standards-compliant solution. Our approach gave the client a tactical advantage — securing early operational capability with minimal investment, while building a clear path toward achieving top-tier quality certifications and dominating a high-value niche.
